We have completed many C-level and senior leader placements across technology and consumer package goods companies. Additionally, our managing partner, John Grover has served as the COO for start-up CPG company growing to $50MM in less than three years and was instrumental in helping to grow the Oxi Clean brand profits by 176% - eventually selling for an incredible multiple of 19.1x EBITDA. John was also an early team member helping grow privately held IAMS Company by 400%, which eventually sold to P&G for +$2.1B. Additionally, John is a Growth Advisor for the Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network. The network identifies promising young start-up and mid-sized companies and provides meaningful connections and services to help these companies scale. John is also a Lead Mentor for Exponential Impact - a Colorado based new technology business incubator.
